Designation: Senior Relationship Officer (Remote / Work-from-Home)

NikahGlobal.pk seeks a trusted, empathetic, and proactive Senior Relationship Officer to guide members through their matrimonial journey — from onboarding to rishta finalization — entirely from a home-based setup. As the primary point of contact, you will build lasting trust with clients and their families, ensuring a seamless, dignified, and successful experience.

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth telephonic/video consultations to understand members’ rishta preferences, family expectations, and cultural considerations.
Accurately capture, verify (including email validation), and maintain member data with full confidentiality and attention to detail.
Dynamically edit and refine Partner Preferences in consultation with clients — translating verbal cues into actionable matching criteria.
Onboard members by personally demonstrating how to use the NikahGlobal.pk website and mobile app for self-directed shortlisting and communication.
Proactively identify, propose, and coordinate potential matches — arranging virtual or physical meetings and managing post-meeting feedback.
Support the finalization of rishtas with sensitivity, including facilitating family discussions and mediating expectations where needed.
Follow up professionally for registration fee collection from pending/unpaid accounts.
Collaborate actively within a distributed virtual team — participating in daily syncs, sharing insights, and contributing to service excellence.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Social Sciences, Mass Communication, Psychology, or related fields).
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in client relationship management, counseling, HR, or matchmaking — especially in trust-based, high-stakes services.
Fluency in Urdu and English (spoken & written); familiarity with regional languages (e.g., Sindhi, Punjabi) is an asset.
Demonstrated emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and cultural awareness of Pakistani matrimonial norms and family values.
Strong organizational discipline to manage a remote workload, meet KPIs, and maintain meticulous CRM records.
Proficiency in digital tools: MS Office, CRM platforms, Zoom/Google Meet, and comfort with app/website navigation.
